Enclosure System PrioLine ®  

Under the generic term , we develop, manufacture and sell customer specific universal enclosure systems.

The word consists of "Prio,“ which emphasizes the status or priority of the concept and "Line,“ which testifies that it is a complete series.

PrioLine^® enclosure systems are primarily oriented to the project-related requirements of the customer.

This is a customer-specific concept based on standard elements,  which largely minimizes the compromises contingent upon conventional standard solutions.

The rationale of the concept is:

• the lack of a standard or of standard measures
• the conceptual design of the enclosure is realised by means of the conditions such as e.g. printed circuit board, foil keyboard, components ... and not the other way round
• good EMC-properties already in the basic executions without additional sealings
• individual mounting of the printed circuit boards on customer-specified domes or in slots of the basic profiles or the side parts
• VDE-compatible executions possible
• cover-/bottom plates or side plates detachable/screwable
• Closed (!) screw channels - the enclosure can thus easily be unscrewed and screwed down and no mounting/screwing chippings can get inside the enclosure.
• almost any colour possible by individual choice of the surfaces of the individual elements, combinations are possible as well, of course
• free choice of basic materials from aluminium profiles and plates made of aluminium or plastic
• individual design by the customer is possible based upon the basic models
  transparent enclosures can also be realised (e.g. demo models)
• one continuous design line with different dimensions and shapes
• integrated edge protection for front foils and foil keyboards serially
• the plates are guided in grooves all-round in order to prevent them from being pushed through
• optional use as top hat rail enclosures by means of an adapter
• quick availability, also in Express service, as aluminium profiles and plates kept in stock are used as basis
• our solutions are registered as utility models to your advantage
